Natural stone works for the town hall forecourt, fountain, barrier-free access, and parking: traffic safety, dismantling and reassembly of 12.0 m cover plates (100/14/40cm) for the fountain enclosure, repair of 10 pcs damaged areas on the fountain enclosure, renewal of 78.0 m² joints, supply and installation of 6 pcs bossed stones (analogous to existing, porphyry tuff, approx. 40/40/40cm), repair of 12.0 pcs cover plates with concrete repair mortar, production, supply, and installation of 11.0 m cover plates made of fine exposed aggregate concrete (approx. 100/16/60cm) for a wall including sample plates and workshop drawings, and 38.0 m painting of an existing steel railing. The execution period is from 05.04.2027 to 25.06.2027. Securities for defect claims amount to 3% of the gross invoice sum. Alternative bids and the submission of multiple main bids are not permitted. Required evidence for suitability includes prequalification or self-declaration of suitability, business registration, proof of liability insurance, exemption and clearance certificates from the tax office, professional association, health and social insurance funds, details of professional register entry, and at least 3 reference certificates; further evidence as per the tender documents.
