Civil engineering and road construction for the rehabilitation of the existing Kohlenbahn cycle path in Lugau: approximately 860 m² of asphalt pavement removal, approximately 480 m³ of earthworks, approximately 1,150 m² of geogrid (PP) with a nominal strength of 40 kN/m, approximately 1,150 m² of hydraulically bound base layer (20 cm installation thickness), approximately 170 m³ of frost protection layer, approximately 850 m² of asphalt base course made of AC 22 T N (14 cm layer thickness), approximately 830 m² of asphalt concrete surface course made of AC 5 D L (3 cm layer thickness), and approximately 660 m of longitudinal marking. Execution is scheduled from 05.10.2026 to 13.11.2026. Alternative bids and submission of multiple main bids are not permitted. Securities include 5% of the gross contract sum for contract fulfillment and 3% of the gross invoice sum for defect claims. Proof of suitability must be provided through prequalification or a self-declaration of suitability, business registration, liability insurance, tax clearance certificates, and references (at least 3), further items as per the tender documents.
