Construction of a functional building for the Bad Hersfeld Festival

Total demolition of the existing building "Alte Zollhaus": Demolition of the building, constructed in 1950, approximately 38 m long and 10 m wide, for the construction of a functional building for the Bad Hersfeld Festival. The above-ground demolition has already been completed. Services include the demolition of external stairs, possibly paving, basement exterior walls including strip foundations, and the concrete vault of the bunker with chiseling and possibly concrete sawing. Essential components are the securing of utility lines in the construction area, new transfer shafts, the underground demolition of the basement (KG), shoring, and the excavation pit. Vehicle traffic on the construction site is restricted due to confined space conditions. Services include earthworks (ATV DIN18300), drilling works (ATV DIN18301), civil engineering works (ATV DIN18302), masonry works (ATV DIN18330), and demolition and dismantling works (ATV DIN18459). Specific services are BE for own performance, archaeologically supervised securing of utility lines, shoring with soldier pile walls, underground demolition of the Zollhaus basement, excavation of the building pit, and removal of piles after completion of the basement.
