Passenger elevator for a functional building with 3 floors and a basement: design according to DIN EN 81-72, load capacity 1,400 kg / 18 persons, operating speed at least 1 m/s, travel height approx. 10.45 m, 4 stops on one side, 4 doors on one side with 1,200 mm clear width and 2,300 mm clear height. Cabin with clear dimensions of 1,500 mm width, 2,100 mm depth, and 2,400 mm height, single-button control. Shaft dimensions: 2,400 mm width, 2,600 mm depth, 3,900 mm shaft head height, 1,500 mm pit depth, without machine room. The shaft will be constructed on-site in reinforced concrete. Applicable standards: DIN EN 81-20:2020, DIN EN 81-50:2020, Elevator Directive 2014/33/EU. Sound insulation requirements according to DIN 8989 must be observed. The scope of services includes delivery and assembly (Part 1) and maintenance and inspection (Part 2). The contract award will be separate; the maintenance and service contract will be evaluated for the warranty period, and maintenance will be commissioned at a later date.
