New construction of fire station Triberg im Schwarzwald

Object planning for the new construction of a fire station in Triberg im Schwarzwald: Frejusstraße 1, 78098 Triberg im Schwarzwald, on an approx. 2,700 m² plot. The maximum 3-story building has a gross floor area (GFA) of approx. 2,000 m² and a footprint of approx. 800 m², without basement, with a vehicle hall for seven parking spaces and a training tower. The plot is located in the HWextrem flood zone of the Nussbach (water level 609.4 m above sea level). Estimated costs for cost groups 300 to 500 (as of 2026) are approx. 4.53 million EUR gross (of which KG 300+400 approx. 4.28 million EUR, KG 500 approx. 250 thousand EUR). Planning services are to commence immediately after commissioning, with building completion aimed for 2028/2029. Negotiation meetings are expected on 11.12.2026 all day. In addition to object planners, specialist planners for outdoor facilities, structural engineering, and technical building equipment (HVAC and electrical) are sought. Grants according to ZFeuVwV have been approved, and further funding is to be applied for. Proof of compliance with sustainable building principles according to KlimaG BW must be submitted with the proof of use. The city of Triberg will provide expert opinions on ordnance (aerial photo evaluation), noise, and soil by the planning start in early 2027. The demolition of existing buildings is not part of the tendered task.
