Structural engineering for the new construction of a fire station in Triberg im Schwarzwald, Frejusstraße 1: The maximum 3-story building with approx. 2,000 m² GFA and a footprint of approx. 800 m² on an approx. 2,700 m² plot includes a vehicle bay for seven parking spaces and a training tower; no basement is planned. The construction area is in earthquake zone 1 and snow load zone 2a; the vehicle bay requires a span of approx. 13 m with a reduced number of columns. Estimated costs (as of 2026) are approx. 4.53 million EUR gross (cost groups 300+400 approx. 4.28 million EUR, cost group 500 approx. 250,000 EUR). Planning is to commence immediately after commissioning, with completion targeted for 2028/2029. A feasibility study by Hättich und Faber Architekten (2024) is available. The property is located in the extreme flood zone of the Nussbach (water level 609.4 m above sea level). Proof of sustainable building principles according to KlimaG BW is required. UXO, noise, and soil reports will be provided in early 2027. Further information as per tender documents.
