Planning services for Technical Building Equipment (ELT) for the new construction of a fire station in Triberg im Schwarzwald: The maximum 3-storey building with a gross floor area of approx. 2,000 m² and a footprint of approx. 800 m² includes a vehicle hall for seven parking spaces and a training tower. No basement is planned. The plot at Frejusstraße 1, approx. 2,700 m² in size, is located in the HWextrem flood zone of the Nussbach (water level 609.4m above NHN). The estimated gross costs (as of 2026) for cost groups 300 to 500 amount to approx. 4.53 million EUR (CG 300+400: approx. 4.28 million EUR, CG 500: approx. 250 thousand EUR). Services include emergency power supply, PV system, and charging infrastructure for e-vehicles. Planning is to commence immediately after award, with targeted building completion in 2028/2029. Proof of adherence to sustainable building principles according to the Climate Protection and Climate Change Adaptation Act Baden-Württemberg is required. Ordnance, noise, and soil expert opinions will be provided in early 2027.
