Technical equipment planning for system groups 1, 2, 3, and 8: Services according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, service phases 1-9 for the conversion, renovation, and extension of the Protestant-Lutheran Lätare-Areal. Optional special services are detailed in the tender documents. Commissioning is staged according to § 55 HOAI, starting with service phases 1 and 2. Fee Zone II applies for system groups 1, 2, 3, 8 as per HOAI Annex 15. Estimated net costs: KGr 410 approx. 614,000 EUR, KGr 420 approx. 916,000 EUR, KGr 430 approx. 1,069,000 EUR, KGr 480 approx. 292,000 EUR. Planning starts in January 2027, construction begins in Q2 2028, completion in autumn 2031, commissioning at the end of 2031.
