Non-exclusive discount agreements for pharmaceutical active ingredients (Open-House procedure)
Notice title: Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu den genannten Wirkstoffen mit Abschlussmöglichkeit im Rahmen des sogenannten Open-House-Verfahrens.
Discount agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for pharmaceutical active ingredients (ATC) and, if applicable, specific dosage forms: Conclusion within an Open-House procedure with uniform contract conditions and access procedures. No exclusivity is granted; participation is possible at any time under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. Contracts may be terminated if exclusive contracts are tendered later.
