Discount agreements for pharmaceutical active ingredients: Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V via an Open-House procedure. Uniform contract conditions and access procedures apply to all suitable pharmaceutical companies or consortia. Access or contract conclusion is possible at any time under the same conditions; individual negotiations do not take place. If exclusive contract tenders are conducted during the term, existing contracts may be terminated.
