Non-exclusive discount agreements for pharmaceutical active ingredients via Open-House procedure

Discount agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for pharmaceutical active ingredients (ATC) and potentially specific dosage forms: Conclusion via Open-House procedure with uniform contract conditions and access procedure. All suitable pharmaceutical companies may join; no exclusivity. Individual contract negotiations do not take place. Contracts may be terminated if exclusive tenders are issued later.
