Usage rights for Microsoft software products on a subscription basis: Provision of licenses, with quantities adjustable annually, within a maximum of 10 working days from contract start. For the second and third contract years, license orders are placed 15 days before the expiry of previous licenses, which must be renewed before their expiration. A manufacturer's document confirming license validity must be provided. Non-compliant licenses must be replaced within a deadline set by the client. Service includes current product versions, patches, support from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:30 with a 4-hour response time, technical consultation and support in Bulgarian (by phone, email, or on-site), on-site technical interventions if necessary, assistance with problem resolution and escalation to the manufacturer. Within three days of contract signing, access to the official manufacturer's website must be granted for status checks, updates, and new versions. If a product is discontinued, it must be replaced by an equivalent or better product at the same or lower price. Changes to contact persons or email addresses must be communicated within 7 working days. The client must be informed within one week if manufacturer authorization is lost. Specific products are detailed in Appendix 3 (Price Proposal) and Table 1 of the technical specification.
