Auditing and Certification of Financial Statements: Provision of an auditor's opinion and certification of financial statements according to contract terms. The service must comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adopted by the European Union. The audit report on compliance with the rules for maintaining the Unified System for Regulatory Reporting (ESRO) must be prepared in accordance with Art. 34 (5) of the Ordinance on the Regulation of Prices for Water Supply and Sewerage Services (NRTSVKU) and Art. 15 and Art. 16 of the Law on the Regulation of Prices for Water Supply and Sewerage Services (ZRVVKU).
