Object Planning for the Renovation of the Intensive Care and IMC Unit, Schön Klinik Neustadt

Object planning for the fundamental renovation of an Intensive Care and Intermediate Care Unit (ICU/IMC) with 18 beds in House 1 of Schön Klinik Neustadt: The unit will be restructured in the east wing of the 1st floor, providing 10 ICU beds (four 1-bed rooms, three 2-bed rooms) and eight IMC beds (four 2-bed rooms). Construction will take place in 2 main phases during ongoing operation, including the relocation of the outpatient tumor center and the use of existing rooms as temporary spaces. A wall breakthrough through a reinforced concrete wall to the inner courtyard is planned, with substitution by a steel structure. Services include service phase 4 of object planning according to HOAI § 34, as well as optional and staged service phases 5-8 and special services in all service phases. The total project costs amount to approximately 6,020,000 EUR (net), of which approximately 1,800,000 EUR (net) are for cost group 300 and approximately 1,890,000 EUR (net) for cost group 400.
