Object Planning for New Altmark Main Fire Station, Letzlingen Barracks
Object planning for buildings according to § 34 HOAI and RBBau (2021) for the new construction of a fire station (main station) at Letzlingen Barracks, GefÜbZH Altmark: Service phases 3-4 HOAI (§ 34 para. 3 HOAI) and preparation of EW – Bau. The contract is awarded in stages, with optional commissioning of further service stages. The building is to be constructed as a low-energy building (EffizienzgebäudeBund 40) in a compact, sustainable, structurally simple design, ideally with a high degree of prefabrication or modular construction, on a free building site. The usable area is approximately 1,200 m², the construction period approximately 24 months. Estimated total construction costs (including proportional ancillary construction costs) are approximately 8,700,000 Euro. Object planning is according to fee zone III (§ 34 HOAI). The construction project is classified as a BIM measure, requires the implementation of the BIM methodology, and the application of BIM Masterplan Level III.
