Architectural planning according to § 34 HOAI (service phases 5-8) for the construction of a new fire station in Selbach: The building includes a three-bay vehicle hall with 3 parking spaces, gender-separated changing rooms and wet rooms including SW-locks, a training and social room, a central clothing chamber for all Nohfelden fire districts, an office and administration area, and a storage area in the attic. The estimated costs for cost groups 300, 400, 500, 600, and 700 are approximately 1.95 million EUR (gross), with approximately 410,000 EUR (gross) allocated to cost group 700. Staged commissioning of individual service phases is reserved, and there is no legal claim to the transfer of all service phases.
