Technical equipment services according to §§ 53, 55 HOAI (system groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 - service phases 1-8) for the construction of a new fire station in Selbach-Neunkirchen/Nahe. The building includes a three-bay vehicle hall with 3 parking spaces, gender-separated changing rooms and wet rooms including SW-locks, a training and social room, an office and administration area, a central clothing store, and a storage area in the attic. The estimated gross costs for cost groups 300, 400, 500, 600, and 700 are approximately 1.95 million EUR, of which approximately 410,000 EUR are for cost group 700. Phased commissioning of individual service phases is reserved.
