Architectural planning for buildings according to § 34 HOAI, service phases 1-9, and landscape planning for a daycare center according to § 39 HOAI, service phases 1-9 (subordinate scope), for the renovation and extension of Kita Gonzerath. Expected net construction costs: KG 300 (building construction) 460,000 EUR, KG 400 (technical installations) 185,000 EUR (including KG 410 wastewater, water, gas systems 25,000 EUR; KG 420 heating systems 30,000 EUR; KG 430 ventilation systems 48,000 EUR; KG 440 electrical systems 40,000 EUR; KG 450 communication systems 7,000 EUR; KG 470 user-specific systems 35,000 EUR), KG 500 (outdoor facilities and open spaces) 168,000 EUR. Commissioning is staged, initially service phases 1-4 (up to approval planning), then service phases 5-9; no legal claim to further commissioning. Performance period for approval planning and building permit is 6 months (until end of March 2027), first tender procedures until end of March 2027. The project is publicly funded, compliance with funding requirements is necessary.
