Architectural and Interior Design for Building Extension: Service phases 4 to 8 according to § 34 HOAI and Annex 10.1 HOAI. The commissioning occurs in two stages: service phases 4 to 5 and service phases 6 to 8. Service phases 1 to 3 are not part of this contract. Also included are client support regarding funding body questions and tasks, creation of a color concept, reconciliation and completion of service phases 1-3, construction management and supervision activities during service phase 8 for project execution, fire protection planning, and building physics.
