Municipal waste management: Collection and processing of municipal waste from residential properties within the Starachowice Municipality. This includes equipping selective waste collection points in multi-family housing with necessary containers, and providing bags for selective waste and bio-waste containers to owners of single-family and multi-family residential properties. Bidders must specify the waste processing facilities in their offer. Personnel operating municipal collection vehicles must be employed under an employment contract. Before contract signing, documentation is required for registration in the regulated activities register (RDR), the register for collectors of used electronic and electrical equipment, the BDO register, permits for waste collection, processing, and transport, agreements with waste recovery and disposal facilities, and civil liability insurance for at least 2,000,000.00 PLN for the contract duration.
