Ecological planning support for species and nature conservation measures within the scope of open space planning for newPark Datteln: preparatory services (initial meeting, review and integration of existing documents/plans), services for detailed design and tender preparation (object planning open spaces LPH 5-6), including evaluation of requirements from building law acquisition/environmental law, development of a catalog of measures with content and temporal allocation depending on construction phases/lots, participation in the creation of the construction schedule/time plan, creation of concept plans for the later construction phase, creation of reports, maps, specifications and plans, coordination with stakeholders, specialist authorities and the client, participation in meetings/planning discussions (video conference and in person), and hourly work for, among other things, the creation of a presentation. Service period: immediately after commissioning until end of 2026/beginning of 2027.
