Open House Pharmaceutical Discount Agreements for Epinephrine (ATC C01CA24)

Open House pharmaceutical discount agreements for the active ingredient Epinephrine (ATC C01CA24): non-exclusive contracts with uniform conditions and without individual negotiations. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest contract start on 01.10.2026. Contracts end no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start. Accession is possible monthly, with a right of termination of 6 weeks to the end of the month. AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland reserves the right to replace these contracts with exclusive discount agreements during their term. Contract documents are to be submitted preferably electronically with a qualified electronic signature via email to am_vertraege@rps.aok.de, or alternatively in duplicate in written form (scan via email beforehand) to AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland, Strategisches Vertragsmanagement Arzneimittel, Virchowstraße 30, 67304 Eisenberg. Access to documents is granted after registration and activation on www.dtvp.de. Only pharmaceutical companies are eligible as contracting partners. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by 31.08.2026; for later monthly contract starts, submission is required by the end of the month preceding the desired start month. This publication serves transparency and does not constitute the award of a public contract within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU.
