Passenger transport services by motor vehicles for the 'Diepholz Nordost' route network: public passenger transport services in the Diepholz district and adjacent sections in the Nienburg district. Services include scheduled line services according to §§ 42–44 PBefG, performable with buses and other motor vehicles. Approximately 892,000 scheduled kilometers per year for line services according to § 42 PBefG are planned at the start of the contract. The operator is obliged to provide the necessary vehicles and infrastructure. The transport offer can be adjusted in type, scope, quality, and tariffs, including line inventory, timetable, service form, and vehicle standards. An exclusive right according to Art. 2 lit. f VO (EG) No. 1370/2007 and § 8a Abs. 8 PBefG will be granted.
