Basic IT services for the City of Jyväskylä: User support services for resolving IT problems, usage advice, and work support; Endpoint lifecycle services including procurement of workstation devices for workstations, mobile devices, and accessories; Server operation services for server and communication infrastructure; Cloud services for centralized management and monitoring of public cloud resources and services; Information security services to protect the IT environment from threats and risks, including preventive measures, active monitoring, intrusion detection and response, and continuous security level improvement; Identity and access management services for personnel, partners, IT systems, and public cloud services; Expert services and consulting supporting IT infrastructure, IT systems, information security, and operational planning, optimization, development, expansion, and renewal; and service management for the administration and development of the procured service package and IT processes. The content of the service packages is preliminary and will be refined in negotiations. The procurement will be from a single supplier.
