Photovoltaic Systems with Construction Works for two buildings

Supply, installation, and commissioning of a photovoltaic system with associated construction works for the Youth Palace Katowice: design and approval of the photovoltaic system with all necessary components, modifications, and integration into the electrical installation; obtaining required permits and consents; obtaining legally required opinions, valid permits, inspections, agreements, and approvals of project documentation (especially with the contracting authority, fire protection, occupational safety and hygiene experts, and the competent conservator of monuments); author's supervision; supply of equipment and building materials; modification or replacement of the electrical installation to the necessary extent; creation of an automatically cooperating system of photovoltaic panels, inverters, reactive power compensation system, electrical installation, protection, and grounding; modification and adaptation of the lightning protection system; creation of necessary structures for PV modules; laying of cabling for connecting PV panels; installation of inverters for PV panels; installation of a smart meter device; supply and installation of a reactive power compensator for each connection; adaptation of the installation to applicable regulations (including fire safety switch); execution of tests and measurements of the entire installation; programming and commissioning of the control system; execution of the system startup; training of personnel designated by the contracting authority in the operation and safety of the photovoltaic system. All components of the photovoltaic system must possess the required certificates and approvals, and their compatibility (also with the central monitoring system of Katowice 'SMiS') must be ensured. Manufacturing, supply, and installation of an informational and commemorative plaque (80x40 cm). The photovoltaic modules are to be installed on the roof of the Pałac Młodzieży im prof. A. Kamińskiego building, ul. Mikołowska 26, with a total power of not less than 99.51 kWp and not more than 100 kWp. The investment is co-financed by European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027. The warranty and liability period for defects is 60 months from the date of final acceptance. further items as per the tender documents.
