Design, Construction, and Equipping of High-Speed Rail Lines 85 and 86 with KSRK, Telecommunications, and Associated Trades

Design, construction, and equipping of high-speed rail lines (KDP) No. 85 and 86: The tender is divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes the design and construction of the basic layer for the KSRK system (excluding TMS-D and CTC), telecommunications, and non-traction power supply for the line sections LK85 (Warszawa Zachodnia – Kotowice, Kotowice – Łódź Fabryczna with connector LK8501, Podg. Retkinia – Sieradz Północny (non-guaranteed scope)) and LK86 (Sieradz Północny – Kępno – Bierutów). This also covers the functional connection to the existing PKP PLK S.A. network and the acquisition of all necessary permits and certificates for operational handover. Lot 2 comprises the design, supply, construction, installation, integration, commissioning, and implementation of the railway traffic management system (TMS-D) with a remote control layer (CTC), including technical infrastructure, operator workstations, software, and functionalities for railway traffic management on the same KDP line sections. Additionally, expert support and preparation of ERA-required documents for the approval of ERTMS trackside installations are included.
