Conveyor Technology Planning for Hamburg Airport

Planning services for conveyor technology at Hamburg Airport: Inventory assessments, review of existing documents, creation of simple studies for new installations, conversions, and renovations, development of basic concepts (potentially with variants under passenger operation and system prioritization), preliminary dimensioning and quantity surveying for concept planning and bill of quantities creation, as well as optimization of existing systems, cost statements (including ancillary construction costs), project support measures (HOAI-based for small projects), planning and construction supervision (service phases 01 to 09) for approximately 90 elevator systems (passenger, freight, weather-exposed elevators) and 25 escalators. The services also include coordination of interfaces and involved trades. A framework agreement based on hourly rates or lump-sum HOAI services is planned. Employees must be security-screened if work takes place in security areas.
