Planning of DN 600 Drinking Water Transmission Pipeline for Varensell (Rietberg) – Sennestadt (Bielefeld)

Engineering services for object planning of engineering structures according to service profile Annex 12 HOAI 2021: Planning of an underground DN 600 drinking water transmission pipeline (St L235 PE/ZM, PN 16, butt weld) with an approximate length of 15 km between Varensell (Rietberg) and Sennestadt (Bielefeld), including associated special structures and their technical equipment. Installation is primarily by open trench method; closed construction methods (e.g., HDD, pipe jacking, siphons) are to be planned for crossings of water bodies and traffic routes. The scope of services also includes valve chambers, shafts, connection structures, railway and road crossings, and the co-laying of a data accompanying cable. The estimated eligible costs of the engineering structure are approximately 23 million EUR. Commissioning is phased: Stage 1 (service phases 1–2), optional Stage 2 (service phases 3–4 including partial services of service phase 5 required for the planning approval procedure), Stage 3 (service phase 5), Stage 4 (service phases 6–7), and Stage 5 (service phase 8). There is no entitlement to call off the optional stages. The planning documents must be usable for a planning approval or permit procedure; the start of the planning approval procedure is scheduled for January 1, 2029.
