Design and execution of works for railway line C-E 20, Pilawa - Łuków section: The basic scope of works is 44 months from contract signing, including 36 months for the completion of all works (excluding interface option) and the handover of as-built documentation and certification documents. The delivery of operational permits for structural subsystems must occur within 8 months after final acceptance. An interface option has a duration of at least 6 months, up to a maximum of 4 years from activation. The project is applying for financing from the European Investment Bank (EIB); the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure if the EIB loan is not granted.
