Design and Construction of the Southeast and Southwest Bypass of Haskovo

Design and construction of the Southeast and Southwest bypass of Haskovo: Preparation of a technical project and a PUP project, and construction of the southern bypass of Haskovo. The bypass starts at the Uzundzhovo interchange (intersection with road I-8 Haskovo – Svilengrad), passes through the new Haskovo interchange (intersection with road I-5 Dimitrovgrad – Haskovo – Kardzhali), and ends at the new Bolyarovo interchange (intersection with road III-806 Haskovo – Mineralni Bani). The project is based on design solutions from the conceptual design phase, selected by the Expert Technical and Economic Council of API. The contractor must perform all activities to ensure construction according to the requirements for the technical project and the PUP project, client requirements (Appendix No. 1), and the contract. Existing technical infrastructure networks and facilities must be investigated, and projects for their protection and/or reconstruction must be prepared and coordinated. The construction is Category I according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 1, letter "a" of ZUT and Group II (transport infrastructure) according to Art. 5, para. 1, item 2 of the Regulations for registration and maintenance of the Central Professional Register of Builders.
