Design and Cost Documentation with Supervision: Development of a BIM plan; multi-branch project documentation including three programmatic-spatial concepts, an architectural-spatial design concept, construction project, executive designs, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works for the construction of a new building for the District Prosecutor's Office in Siedlce, Kazimierzowska Street. This includes obtaining all necessary documents such as technical conditions, opinions, permits, and the building permit on behalf of the client. Furthermore, author's supervision during construction until the occupancy permit is obtained, and the preparation of the description of the subject of construction works according to Art. 103 of the Public Procurement Law are required.
