Design Documentation and Construction Works for the Wielki Las Forest District Retention Basin
Design documentation and construction works for a retention basin in the Wielki Las Forest District: The project includes design, obtaining all necessary approvals and building permits, execution of construction works based on the approved documentation, and conducting a natural inventory before and after construction. The retention basin has an area of approx. 5 ha (+/- 10%) and a water retention volume of at least 40,000 m³. An island of 0.2 ha (+/- 10%) is planned if soil material is available. The embankment length is approx. 240 m (90 m + 150 m), with material from excavation to be used. Deepenings in the basin bottom and slope inclinations of 1:2 to 1:3 are to be provided. Earth dams with stone-reinforced overflows and, if justified, up to 2 weir and discharge devices (sluices) are foreseen. Services include developing a project concept, geological surveys of the entire investment area, analysis of ground and water conditions (considering peat layers and habitats of beaver and water vole), obtaining permits (Art. 118 UoP, water law permits Art. 395a, building permits), and a natural inventory (up to 100 m from the object boundary, including photo documentation and GPS tracks) before construction. In case of protected species, exemptions (Art. 56) must be obtained. The final project documentation (2 paper and electronic copies), the water law decision, 2 copies of technical specifications, and 1 copy of the natural inventory are to be delivered. Construction works involve creating a construction schedule (within 30 days of building permit, no later than 360 days from contract signing), registering the start of works, maintaining a construction log, execution according to technical documentation and regulations (considering protection periods for animals and plants), adherence to occupational safety, fire protection, and theft protection regulations, assuming the role of OHS coordinator, maintaining site order, organizing site facilities at own expense, obtaining construction and liability insurance, a post-construction geodetic survey, another natural inventory after construction completion (up to 100 m radius), disposal of earth masses according to RDLP Krosno guidelines (16.06.2011, ZU-0746-3/26/11), preparation of completion documents, obtaining an occupancy permit, and handing over all original decisions. Author's supervision over the investment's realization must be ensured.
