Fire Protection Planning Services for the Renovation of Pestalozzi School Gerlingen

Fire protection planning services: according to AHO publication series No. 17, 4th edition, comprising service phases 1-4 (fire protection concept) with object-related, component-specific technical specifications (concrete fire protection qualities, cladding thicknesses, compartmentalization principles) as a basis for execution planning. Additionally, service phase 8 (construction supervision) is to be provided on an hourly basis. The services concern the renovation of the Pestalozzi School Gerlingen (buildings from the 1940s/1950s), including energetic and fire protection renovation, renewal of building services (sanitary/electrical), and expansion of digital infrastructure, for the development of a modern full-day school within existing structures without new construction or extension.
