The basis for the planning is the further developed competition design from June 2026. The new building has a usable area of approximately 2,600 sqm, a gross floor area of approximately 3,320 sqm, and a gross volume of approximately 17,000 sqm. The estimated eligible costs are approximately 5,850,000 Euro net for cost group 300 and approximately 1,950,000 Euro net for cost group 400.
