Planning Services for the Extension of Höchstenbach Kindergarten

Planning services (building design) according to HOAI 2021, §§ 33 ff., service phases 5-9, for the extension of the Höchstenbach kindergarten: The building must be planned and executed as a climate-friendly non-residential building (KFN) with Efficiency House 55 standard, observing the Building Energy Act (GEG) and the Renewable Energy Heat Act (EEWärmeG). Approval planning and a building permit (since November 2025) are available. Construction is planned for spring 2027, commissioning for December 31, 2028. The execution of basic services for service phases 5-7 should begin immediately after commissioning. Funding from state and district sources has been approved, as has an early start to the measures.
