Planning services for the heat supply in Marina-Quartier in Regensburg: Expansion and decarbonization of the heat supply in the district heating network, including planning (HOAI) of heat generation for feeding into the district heating network according to the criteria of the Federal Funding for Efficient Heating Networks (BEW). Preparation of a transformation plan and a final report on the planning services according to BEW funding criteria (guideline from August 1, 2022, information sheet from April 1, 2026). The final report must integrate results from other trades (e.g., heat pipelines). The measure is funded by the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control; an approved grant notice for Module 1 – Transformation Plan and Planning Services LPH 2-4 is available. Commissioning will occur in stages according to the engineering contract (A03), with no obligation to call off all stages. Details and key figures are to be found in project description WVM (A13).
