Planning services for design and approval planning of the Regional-Stadtbahn Neckar-Alb
Planning services: Design and approval planning (service phases 3 and 4) for the first section of the BOStrab infrastructure of the Regional-Stadtbahn Neckar-Alb, connecting to the DB InfraGO railway network in Reutlingen. This includes an approximately 7 km long BOStrab section in Reutlingen with connection points to the Neckar-Alb-Bahn. The basis is the preliminary planning from 2026. The planning must be continued to approval readiness, including the preparation of documents for a plan approval procedure and professional support for the necessary approval and coordination procedures. The planning involves the interdisciplinary processing of all trades and coordination of accompanying expert opinions, especially at the interfaces between BOStrab and EBO infrastructure, several engineering structures (overpasses and underpasses), system changes between 750 V DC and 15 kV AC, and coordination with DB InfraGO. The project includes sub-areas 1.1.1 (branch towards Metzingen), 1.2.1 (connecting track to DB Reutlingen West), 1.2.2 (tram line depot (excl.) - Tübinger Straße track triangle - Reutlingen West), 1.2.3 (tram line Tübinger Straße track triangle - Listplatz track triangle), 1.3.1 (tram line Reutlingen West - Galgenberg junction (branch towards Tübingen)), and 1.3.2 (tram line Galgenberg junction - Markwiesenstraße). Planning includes track and alignment planning, engineering structures, stop facilities, road space redesigns, control and safety technology, overhead line systems, power supply systems, system change points, traffic light systems, and the preparation of land acquisition and approval documents. Results of expert opinions must be integrated. The following service profiles according to §§ 41 ff. HOAI are to be provided in service phases 3 and 4: object planning (incl. service phases 1 and 2 for buildings such as substations, toilets, switch houses), transport facilities, engineering structures, structural engineering, technical equipment (control and safety technology, 16.7 Hz systems incl. OLA, 750 V DC systems incl. OLA, 50 Hz systems and traffic light systems), and other services (interdisciplinary coordination and approval services, surveying services). The planning services are to be carried out using the BIM-5D method, aiming for a fully coordinated, approvable design and approval planning including all documents, proofs, reports, plans, and models required for plan approval; further items as per the tender documents.
