Planning Services for Bindlach Fire Station
Planning services for the renovation and conversion of the old Bindlach fire station into a community center: Basic services for service phases 1-9 according to HOAI 2021 for building and interior design (§ 34 HOAI 2021), outdoor facilities design (§ 39 HOAI 2021), structural engineering (§ 51 HOAI 2021), technical equipment (§ 55 HOAI 2021, building services + electrical). Additionally, special services: existing building survey, creation of a fire protection concept according to AHO including escape and rescue plans as well as fire department plans, assistance with applying for and settling subsidies (incl. proof of use), coordination tasks/general planner project management, monitoring of defect rectification within the limitation period.
