Design Services for Contemporary Music Concert Hall in Timisoara
Preparation of technical-economic documentation for a contemporary music concert hall: Detailed Urban Plan (PUD), Feasibility Study (SF), technical documentation required for obtaining approvals/agreements/authorizations as per the Urbanism Certificate, technical documentation for the authorization of construction works execution (DTAC), technical documentation for the authorization of works organization (DTOE), technical project and execution details (PT+DE). This includes technical assistance from the designer during the execution phase of the works. Services for Phase 1 and Phase 2 will be provided over a period of 240 days. The contract duration extends until the final acceptance of works. Estimated value: 15,290,000.00 Lei without VAT.
