Planning Services for New Construction of Two Bridges in Eystrup-Doenhausen and Gandesbergen

Planning services for the new construction of two bridges: object planning for engineering structures (HOAI service phases 1 to 9, including local construction supervision and other special services) and specialist planning for structural engineering (HOAI service phases 1 to 6 and other special services). The Eystrup-Doenhausen bridge is a geometrically identical replacement new build with a 5.00 m carriageway width, side sidewalks of approximately 0.9 m width, and a total length of 32.50 m, spanning the two-track electrified railway line 1740 Wunstorf-Bremen. The estimated net construction costs are 1.89 million EUR. The Gandesbergen bridge is also a geometrically identical replacement new build with a 5.00 m carriageway width, side sidewalks of approximately 0.85 m width, and a total span of approximately 35.0 m, spanning the two-track electrified railway line 1740 Wunstorf-Bremen. The estimated construction costs (including demolition) are 2.92 million EUR (net). New construction measures on the railway line require a full closure, which is planned for 2029 or 2030 in the general renovation plan of Deutsche Bahn. Initially, only service phases 1 to 3 according to HOAI will be commissioned for both lots, with the option to commission further service phases individually or in their entirety; further items as per the tender documents.
