Design Services for Rainwater Drainage in Törzs Street

Design services for the development of a rainwater drainage system in Törzs Street, Nyíregyháza: Redesign and further development of an existing plan for a rainwater drainage system, originally prepared for Törzs Street, to comply with current TOP Plusz funding guidelines. This includes the preparation of a new, unified, and final permit plan and execution plan, conducting related permitting procedures, and providing the necessary documentation for the public procurement of construction works. Services also include the preparation of documentation related to the preservation of biological activity and the provision of designer's supervision tasks for 5 occasions. The design covers approximately 680 m of rainwater channel with manholes, connection pipes, and crossover pipes, the design of a storm reservoir system at 5 locations, water extraction for irrigation purposes related to 5 storm reservoir blocks, and the design of approximately 400 m² of green area and its irrigation.
