Planning Services for TOP Plusz Projects in Szombathely II

Planning services for infrastructure and green space development, as well as road renovations in Szombathely, including the preparation of permit and execution planning for parking facilities between Bem J. u. 19 and 29 (plot no. 2804/22) and in front of Bem J. u. 27 (plot no. 2804/22), and for the renovation of Szűrcsapó u. (Perint side) (plot no. 3587/35) and Patak u. (plot no. 2551). Services also include complete condition assessment and geodesic survey of the areas; review and design of public lighting; preparation of a rehabilitation plan section to ensure barrier-free accessibility; obtaining utility and road authority approvals and statements; preparation of comprehensive execution plans (including traffic engineering, landscape and garden architecture, integrated utility (genplan), lightning, fire, and occupational safety, and other specialized plan sections with project-specific accessibility); consideration of client requirements, technical and sustainability requirements, and the investment budget; presentation of plans to the General Assembly/Committee if required; electronic forwarding of official documents within 2 working days and timely fulfillment of requests for additional information. Furthermore, rehabilitation engineering tasks during the planning and implementation phases until technical acceptance, preparation of construction permit documentation and obtaining valid construction permits, preparation of designer's cost estimates for execution plans and detailed, unpriced bills of quantities, and cost expert services according to Act LXIX of 2023 (including responsibility for cost estimates and calculations, review of offers, and participation in budget decisions until technical acceptance) are included. Also part of the scope are the preparation of technical descriptions according to Government Decree 322/2015, participation in the procurement procedure for execution (answering questions related to execution plans, evaluating offers, and preparing technical comments), designer's site supervision from the handover of the work area until the completion of technical acceptance, and monitoring of the completed facility during the warranty period (including professional evaluation of defects, site visits, and designer's involvement in defect rectification); further items as per the tender documents.
