Technical equipment planning services for Hanselmannstraße / Schleißheimer Straße school campus

Engineering services for technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI, ALG 1-3 and 8 for the Hanselmannstraße / Schleißheimer Straße school campus on an approximately 15,000 m² site in Munich. The campus includes a 4-stream primary school (built 2003, 16 classrooms, 4 after-school care groups, underground car park with 16 spaces, semi-sunken single sports hall), a mobile room unit (built 2018, 6 classrooms, canteen, temporary building permit until 2028), a 4-stream middle school (core building built 1881, extensions 1933, 1955, single sports hall approx. 1960, 21 classrooms, specialist classrooms, in need of renovation), a children's home (four kindergarten groups, operating license for 100 children, in need of renovation), a high-rise bunker (listed monument), an all-weather pitch (approx. 27x28m), and a running track (approx. 70m). The entire existing building stock will be demolished and replaced by new constructions in two phases: Phase one involves the new construction of the middle school with expansion areas for the primary school and a canteen for both schools; phase two involves the new construction of the sports hall with the children's home and the development of the outdoor facilities. The office that provided service phase 1 is considered a pre-involved applicant.
