Technical Building Equipment (TGA) Planning Services, plant group 8 according to § 53 para. 2 HOAI: Basic renovation of approximately 355 outdated building automation control cabinets (approx. 190 units AG 1, 165 units AG 2) at Universitätsklinikum Tübingen. Services include identification and demarcation of discontinued systems, determination of replacement quantities, concept creation for tender blocks, and participation in planning for field-level components. The goal is to replace all faulty control cabinets/controllers and to eliminate or update proprietary bus systems. Services for AG 1 are prioritized, services for AG 2 are optional.
