Design services and construction works for the modernization of county road infrastructure 205L on the sections int. DJ 205D (Grumaz) - Vrâncioaia, Spinești – Păulești - Tulnici - int. DN2D: Preparation of technical documentation (DTAC, DTOE, DTAD if applicable, PTE, As-built PTE, documentation for water management authorization if applicable, documentation for approvals and agreements), technical assistance from the designer during the execution of works. The works execution period is 30 months, design services period is 3 months. Technical assistance from the designer will be provided throughout the entire works execution period. The contract is subject to a resolutory condition: non-obtainment of funding through the Regional Program South East 2021-2027 within a maximum of 12 months from the contract signing and GBE establishment leads to the dissolution of the contract retroactively. No cost-generating activities are to be commenced by the contractor until the condition is met or the 12-month period expires.
