Structural engineering planning services for the new construction of a fire station (main station) at Letzlingen barracks, GefÜbZH Altmark: Services according to § 51 HOAI and RBBau (2021) for service phases 3-4, fee zone III. The building will be constructed as a nearly zero-energy building (Efficiency Building Bund 40) with a usable area of approx. 1,200 m² on a free building site. The construction period is approx. 24 months, with estimated total construction costs of approx. 8,700,000 Euro. The contract is awarded in stages, with an option for further service phases. The project is classified as a BIM measure, requiring the implementation of BIM methodology and the application of BIM Masterplan Level III.
