Planning framework agreement for airport development

Planning framework agreement for the long-term airport development at Liszt Ferenc Airport: Term of 96 months. Includes general planning and engineering services for the development of new passenger piers, the expansion and redesign of aprons (landside and airside), and secondary facilities, including associated roads and utilities. This covers Phase 0.5 of airside apron and taxiway development (~65,000 m²), Phase 1 of airside apron and taxiway development (~110,000 m²), and the construction of passenger pier 'E' (~20,000 m²). Expected contract value of 10-12 million EUR for concurrently performed planning services, which are expected to affect a total of 30,000 m² net floor area for buildings (storage, logistics, passenger, and public buildings) and 175,000 m² of apron and taxiway surfaces. Affected building and structure types include, among others, control towers, aircraft hangars, runways, terminal buildings, passenger piers, office and administrative buildings, training buildings, hotels, warehouses, bus stops, parking garages, railway stations, energy centers, geothermal power plants, gatehouses, filling stations, other service buildings, roads, parking lots, and utilities. Basic general planning services include the preparation of investment programs, concept, sketch, and approval plans, approval documentation and, if applicable, building permits, execution documentation, and planning support for the selection of contractors. Special individual services (exemplary) include masterplan review and support, feasibility studies, surveys, modified approval documentation, construction supervision, and the checking of manufacturing, assembly, and construction technology plans. The framework agreement value is net 18,000,000 EUR, further items as per the tender documents.
