Renovation Works for RWY 13R/31L Runway Ends

Renovation works for RWY 13R/31L runway ends and taxiways TWY A1, TWY A2, TWY C, TWY D: Improvement of technical condition, increase of capacity, and widening of load-bearing and shoulder surfaces. Renovation of existing infrastructure, especially lighting and stormwater drainage substructures. Widening of asphalt and concrete pavements for taxiways, construction of new load-bearing surfaces of approx. 44,640 m², including 20,234 m² basalt concrete pavement. Demolition of existing asphalt shoulders and widening with new asphalt pavement of approx. 27,190 m². Construction of a primary lighting substructure over 91,000 linear meters, a secondary lighting substructure over 15,800 linear meters. Construction of a stormwater drainage main line of 1,153 linear meters with diameter DN600. Widening of load-bearing pavement edges and shoulder pavements according to aircraft movement geometry (Code E straight sections, Code F curves). Works must comply with applicable international and national aviation regulations, especially EASA regulations. Options include the demolition and replacement of an existing gutter with a grated gutter in the TWY D taxiway area, concrete slab replacements and associated modified lighting tasks in the concrete paved section of the TWY D taxiway, soil replacement with crushed concrete provided by the client, and soil replacement with sand and gravel from an external source.
