Project documentation for the construction of a municipal road and a bridge to Wielka Żuława Island

Project documentation for the construction of a municipal road from a roundabout on Sienkiewicza Street (intersection of National Road No. 16 with Voivodeship Road No. 521) to Wielka Żuława Island, including necessary infrastructure. The service includes the preparation of documentation and obtaining all required approvals, opinions, and decisions for the execution of construction works, in accordance with the Act of April 10, 2003, on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in public roads (Dz.U. 2024, item 311). A mandatory site visit is required before submitting an offer. The scope of work includes: permanent traffic organization project, geotechnical survey report, greenery inventory, water law report with decision, environmental decision (if required), plot division (if required), ZRID decision (Road Investment Implementation Permit). The price must include 4 working meetings at the City Office. 3 updates of the investor's cost estimate are to be considered for valuation; the number of updates is an evaluation criterion. The contract comprises: Part A: Multi-branch project and cost estimate documentation, including all approvals, necessary administrative decisions, provisions, opinions, and deviations under construction law required to obtain a building permit. This includes: a) Construction documentation (site development project and architectural-construction project): 5 paper copies, 1 electronic copy on CD in *.dwg (or software format) and *.pdf. b) Executive documentation (technical project): 4 paper copies, 1 electronic copy on CD in *.dwg (or software format) and *.pdf. c) Technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works: 3 paper copies, 1 electronic copy on CD in *.doc or *.rtf for all trades. d) Bill of quantities: 2 paper copies, 1 electronic copy on CD in *.pdf, *.xls, and *.ath for all trades and equipment. e) Investor's cost estimate: 2 paper copies, 1 electronic copy on CD in software format, *.pdf, *.xls, and *.ath for all trades, including a summary of all costs. Cost estimates must be prepared for individual trades according to the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 20, 2021. f) Health and Safety Information (BIOZ): 4 paper copies, 1 electronic copy on CD in *.doc or *.rtf. g) Electronic versions as compressed ZIP files, where the size of individual files does not exceed 50 MB, and no Polish letters are to be used in folder and file names. h) One investor's copy of the project, containing originals of all technical conditions, provisions, opinions, decisions, and agreements. Part B: Author's supervision during the construction works for the documentation covered by Part A. Part C: Updates of cost estimates for the documentation covered by Part A, including answering questions and clarifying doubts of construction contractors during the public procurement procedure for construction works. The documentation must comply with the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of September 2, 2004.
