Project Documentation for Forest and Forestry Adaptation to Climate Change (PPOŻ2)

Project and Cost Documentation: Preparation of documentation, obtaining all necessary approvals and decisions, including the building permit or confirmation of no objections to construction notifications. This includes author's supervision during construction. The detailed scope is described in Annex 2 of the SWZ, comprising Annex 2.1 (detailed description of project tasks), Annex 2.2.1 (situational sketch of the Czarnowo observation post location), Annex 2.3.1 (network connection conditions – Czarnowo), and Annex 2.4 (PPOŻ2 project implementation manual). The deadline for documentation completion is 180 days from contract signing. The planned (approximate) deadline for author's supervision/construction work is 150 days from the date of contract conclusion with the construction contractor. Employment of personnel for administrative and office activities is required as per Art. 22 § 1 of the Labor Code.
